To Remove an Available Load in the Carriers Dispatch App click the Edit link and UnCheck the App Available box. App Available need to become No.

Click on the DISPATCH CARRIER to submit a Load Assignment or make a Dedicated Load Offer. The Broker’s phone number that’s listed on a load will receive a Text Message when the Carrier Accepts or Decline a Load Offer, Book an Available Load and for any Assistance Request submissions.
The CARRIER COMPANY tab allows you to view the Carrier’s company profile / documents and send a message to the Carrier to request more information/company profile updates.
The EDIT tab allows you to disable the Carrier from accessing your Loads using the app. To pick up a Load from any of your customers that use the Shippers Connect system, the Carrier’s driver must have a CDL Photo that matches what the shipper received from our Brokerage company.
