Carrier Responsibilities & Terms of Use
As a Common Carrier, you are liable for all the actions of your drivers.
The Carrier is the only one approved for accessing the Carriers Dispatch app and keeping their login confidential and secure.
As a Carrier, you’re responsible for adding, verifying, and uploading a Photo of your Driver’s Current CDL License into the Carriers Drivers Portal at http://carriers.eye1.net. Pickup Verification requires a valid CDL Driver’s License of the assigned driver.
As a Carrier Company, you are liable for all your drivers’ actions.
All (CDL Photo Driver Licenses, Insurance, and Authority) documents are your responsibility to keep all valid and up to date in the Carriers Drivers Portal.
The Carriers Dispatch app is not for your drivers to use. Your login is only for you, the Carrier Company, to use for Booking and Viewing Load assignments, assigning and dispatching drivers, submitting Load Status updates, and the Pickup Verification process.
The Carrier is responsible for emailing BOLs / PODs to the Broker according to each particular Broker’s Rules to the email address specified by the Broker company.
As a Common Carrier using this Carriers Dispatch app, you are accepting all the Terms and Conditions of this app and all your approved Broker Rules.
