If a Carrier does not meet your requirements then they will not be able to book the load. This system is highly secured to protect your business your customers and your carriers from cargo theft and cyber attacks. With the Brokers Connect control Portal you have more power over your loads, your selected approved Carriers and a secure connection with your customers. The Carriers Dispatch app seamlessly integrates with the Brokers Connect system, allowing you, as the broker, to grant access exclusively to carriers you’ve personally approved. This control extends to critical tasks like load viewing, booking, and updating load statuses, bolstering security and reducing the risk of cargo theft. Furthermore, our system safeguards against double-brokered loads by allow you to control when the Pickup# will be accessible by the assigned Carrier. Our service prioritizes fraud prevention from cargo theft and cyber attacks by streamlines the load booking process, evaluating the Carrier before booking the load to ensure they meet the load requirements and expectations. This system relieves the stress and time to allow you to expand your business at a rapid rate becoming you can cover more loads much faster with less stress and time. It also empowers your Preferred Carrier to book your loads around the clock with a simple button press. Our Online Control Center (Portal) is seamlessly linked to the Carriers Dispatch App, enabling you to manage Load Postings, Dispatch Carriers, and more from a remote location.

  1. SHIPPERS CONNECT SYSTEM: Brokers Connect offers a specialized security feature designed to enhance your protection and freight theft and cyber attacks for you and your customers (shippers). With this feature, shippers can communicate with you about their transporting requirements internally. This system also incorporates a direct text messaging feature, eliminating the need for cumbersome emails. To establish a secure link with your shippers, simply direct them to visit http://pu.eye1.net/shippers/.
    Please ensure they have your Agent ID# for the setup process. Once their profile setup is complete, all loads intended for you must be submitted through this system for enhanced security and efficiency.
  2. FACTORING COMPANY PROTECTION:Brokers Connect provides you with a web based portal for any factoring company to verify your loads before they purchase the load. This helps you from being fraudulent attack with scam loads people posing as your company post false loads leaving you stuck with a bill from the factoring company on behalf of the carrier. This featured web address will need to be listed on your rate confirmation instructing the factoring company to verify the load before purchasing any bills submitted for your company. The web address is http://pu.eye1.net/shippers/ visit the web address and just type in the load then hit submit. If the factoring company have any questions for you they can send a message through the load verify system and your accountant will receive a text alert at the number listed in your company profile for the accountant department if the number can receive text messages.
  3. Your COMPANY PROFILE, RULES and LOAD REQUIREMENTS:As the Broker, you can update your company details, guidelines/rules and load requirements at any time. These personalized rules and terms, which encompass your Load Payment terms and Load Booking Rules, are prominently displayed in the app for Carriers to access, review, and understand.

  5. CARRIERS SCREEN: This screen shows a list of our approved carriers with whom you can either directly dispatch carriers for an active load or post a direct load offer.
  6. APPROVING CARRIERS FOR ACCESS TO YOUR LOADS: Access to load postings is restricted to approved Carriers only. If your company has not approved a Carrier, they will not be able to view your available loads. To grant approval to a Carrier, the Administrator must locate their US DOT number in the Carriers Listings tab, enter the Carrier’s US DOT number, check the “Approved” box, and click the “ADD” button. If the Carrier is not visible in the system, it indicates that they have not yet created an account.
  7. POST LOADS SCREEN: In this platform, you can easily post your loads, which will be instantly visible in the Carriers Dispatch app for your approved carriers to view and book.
    * Authorized carriers have the capability to access and promptly reserve loads listed within the application. Once a carrier books a load, a text message notification is sent to the broker linked with the load posting. Subsequently, the system automatically relocates this load to the Carrier’s Load Assignments tab, designating its status as “Awaiting Rate Confirmation.”
  8. DISPATCHED LOADS: This screen provides a comprehensive view of your currently active loads, complete with live updates regarding their arrival and departure schedules. If you need additional details about a specific load, simply click on the “Details” button. Once a Carrier designates a load as completed, it will exclusively appear on the “Delivered” screen.
  9. DIRECT LOAD OFFERS: With this feature, you can offer a load directly to any of your approved carriers. The assigned carrier will receive a text alert about the load offer and can access it in the app by clicking the “Dedicated Loads” button. The carrier can then choose from three options for the load offer.
    1. ACCEPTED DIRECT LOAD OFFERS:The selected Carrier accepts the load from the Dedicated Loads tab in the Carrier Dispatch app. Simultaneously, the assigned Broker is notified via a text message, and the load acceptance is displayed on the Alerts page. This prompts you to send the Carrier the rate confirmation.
    2. MAKE A COUNTER OFFER; When a Carrier asks for a better rate on a Dedicated Load Offer, the assigned Broker will be notified via text message, and the request will appear on the Alert screen. You can find this Load under the “LOAD OFFER” tab in the app.
    3. DECLINED DIRECT LOAD OFFERS: If a Carrier rejects the load offer, the system will automatically make the load available to other approved Carriers, and it will be listed under the “Available Loads” tab. The assigned Broker will receive a text message about this, but it won’t trigger an alert on the Alert page.
  10. LOAD ALERTS SCREEN;This page provides an overview of all your load assistance requests, which encompass various issues listed below. The Assistance Alert page serves as a means for your team to promptly address these issues. Once an Assistance Alert is resolved, it can be manually or automatically removed from this page. However, all pertinent information remains accessible under each specific load. The list of Assistance Requests, displayed below, also includes automatic text alerts sent to the assigned Broker. These requests necessitate your, as the Broker’s, assistance. Any updates to the load trigger an automatic text alert to the designated Carrier every time. On this screen, you can swiftly resolve load-related issues and establish communication with the respective Carrier by clicking the “ASSIST” button when the load is booked.
    1. PICKUP & DELIVERY TIMES: With the Carriers Dispatch app, Carriers can easily submit Load Status Updates while loading and unloading. The system automatically timestamps these updates, but they won’t be displayed on the Alerts page or activate any alerts. To access this information, simply go to the Dispatch page and click on the Assist link for the specific Load.
    2. LOAD ISSUE / DELAY; notifies you of issues that may delay parts of the load transporting process. Click on the ASSIST button.
    3. LUMPER FEE; includes all the information for the lumper’s company name, tax ID#, and the amount. Quickly respond to the Carrier with the Express Code and Check Type. Click on the ASSIST button.
    4. PAYMENT INQUIRY; address this issue with payment updates or whatever needs to be done to resolve this issue. Click on the ASSIST button. All Assistance Request and Load Acceptance will appear under the Alert screen of this Control Center, under that particular Load, and on the Broker Connect screen in the Carriers Dispatch app.The issue below will NOT appear on the Alerts page but will send a text message to the assigned Broker about the Carrier’s Load Status actions.
    5. CANCELED LOADS: No action needed from your end. The system will automatically revoke access from the assigned Carrier and move the load to the Available Loads tab in the app, allowing other approved Carriers to view and book it. You, as the assigned Broker, will receive a text alert about the cancellation. Note, this event will not appear on the Alert page, but the load will be visible on the Available Loads page.
    6. SHIPPER CANCELED LOAD; allows you to address this issue with the Shipper and the Carrier. Click on the ASSIST button. When these Load issues happen in the Carriers Dispatch app, the Load is removed from the Load Assignments tab and listed under the Dedicated Loads tab until you can resolve this issue.

  11. DELIVERED LOADS SCREEN: This display provides a comprehensive overview of all finished loads from the last 90 days. Following load completion, the application automatically triggers a prompt for carriers to send out Bills of Lading (BOLs) via email.
