This system helps the shipper verify who is the actual authorized driver for the pickup—a built-in level of securing freight pickups. To give your shipper a level of Freight Security that improves their confidence level in your company.

For Carriers, the Carriers Dispatch App a private LoadBoard for your elite carriers.

This app helps Brokers to control the carrier’s access to your Freight. An app for carriers to book loads hassle-free (no phone calls required), view their load assignment information, access available loads, and view/accept special load offers.
Available Loads are the loads you (the Broker) post from the online control center. These loads can be viewed/booked by any of your approved carriers through the app.
Load Assignments allow the carrier to view pickup and delivery information, not including the pickup #. Pickup #s are only viewable by you (the Broker) approving the access through this online control center. Load Assignments include status update abilities.
Special Load Offers allow that particular carrier to accept, decline or make a counteroffer. Accepted load offers automatically become the carriers’ Load Assignment. A declined Load Offer automatically becomes available for your other approved carriers to view/book.

For Carriers with Multiple Drivers, your drivers will use the Drivers Dispatch App

This app allows drivers to view Load assignments and update the Load Status without releasing confidential information. Drivers cannot view/book the Broker’s Available Loads. This feature is only available in the Carriers Dispatch app.
